Hong Kong Paws Foundation (HK PAWS) is a locally registered, non-profit animal welfare charity, 100% operated by a group of dedicated volunteers. With no government funding or corporate backup, HK PAWS relies solely on public donations to realize our goals.
In 2022, The Bow-Wow Inn by HK PAWS was born as a half way house for dogs waiting to be rehomed. Operating a boarding centre on our own relieves us from the pressure of jam-packed local shelters and dwindling foster help in recent years.
It allows us to organize rescue operations with great confidence that we could provide immediate care and shelter for furry kids in need.
It also means we need to raise larger funds to consistently support our regular operations:

Be a superhero! By placing the pets into the temporary care of a fosterer, it gives them the opportunity to receive the love, care and attention they deserve when we find them a new, permanent home.
If you love pets and would like to spend some of your time to help those in need, we’ve got some amazing volunteering opportunities for you! Join our team of volunteers on rescue mission or skill-based, there are plenty to do.
